Sand Dollar Beach Estuary

I was drawn to this place because of how temporary it is. During high tide, this estuary comes alive — the sea reaches inland, meeting the shore in a quiet exchange between two very different forces. A few hours later, when the tide retreats, much of it disappears, leaving behind an entirely different landscape.

It reminded me that life often works the same way. Some seasons feel full and expansive, while others can seem quieter or stripped back. But absence doesn’t mean something is gone forever.
